Notwithstanding the encouraging language of Section 6 of the Clayton Act providing that “… thelabor of a human being is not a commodity or article of commerce,” when the labor involved is that ofphysicians, and when that labor is being combined with the labor of other physicians, enforcementofficials treat the result as they would any other “article of commerce.”
